The staff were friendly and considerate. the location in Hakodate was peaceful, next to botanical gardens and close to the tram. We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the lovely Yunokawa Onsen district.

This place is conveniently located close to both the train station and the seaside, and I loved the newly decorated room with climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the ocean and the beach from there. We really enjoyed the variety of dishes offered at dinner and breakfast buffets. The seafood was delicious! It was great to have a choice of hot onsen baths to relax in after a day of exploring the area.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, we had trouble sleeping. , we found it difficult to navigate through the area as there weren't many signs and it wasn't well-marked.

The view from the hotel room was stunning overlooking the beach. the junior suite room was spacious with comfortable double beds and 2 futons for the kids. the buffet dinner had good options to choose from.

The family room was smaller than expected and not suitable for a family of four. the seafood selection at the dinner buffet did not meet my high expectations.

We had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional staff who remembered our names and greeted us warmly each time we passed through the lobby. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was outstanding, particularly the onsen which was truly magical. The outdoor section of the onsen was a highlight, especially in the winter with the snow falling gently around us and the stunning view of the ocean and mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel, right on the Tsugaru beach, was a real treat and we loved being so close to the botanical gardens. Additionally, the breakfast provided was amazing with fresh, delicious options that left us feeling energized and ready for the day ahead.

The young lady at the reception was incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room had a stunning view of the Tsugaru beach and was spacious, with the added bonus of being able to open the window for fresh air. The morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious, especially the fresh seafood options.

I loved the amazing sea view from my room at Yunokawa Onsen Umi To Akari Hewitt Resort. The spacious room was perfect for me and my family. The buffet dinner had a great selection of dishes. And of course, the onsen was absolutely magical, especially the outdoor section in the winter months. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
